What? Join us at the Fall Festival—Westlake’s hallmark fall community event where students and families come together to enjoy delicious food, play games, and raise funds for school activities from grades Kindergarten through 12th grade.

- Super Smash Bros Esports Tournament [Free]
- Tournament will take place in room F105
- The tournament is open to all 4th-12th grade Explorers. Explorers will compete in teams of two. Teams can be mixed ages. Individuals who are willing to be randomly paired with another player may also enter the tournament.
- It will be a double elimination style tournament.
- Signing up early ensures a spot. If there’s still space, we’ll also take walk-ins on the day of the fall festival up until 3:20pm.
- Tournament starts at 4pm.
- There will be an awards ceremony at the end of the tournament.

When? Saturday, October 25, 2025 from 3-6pm
Where? Westlake K-8 Campus (entrance at the front gate)
Why? Our Annual Fall Festival is a family event open to the entire community with activities suitable for all ages! The Fall Festival features food, a treat walk, games, e-sport tournament, art activities, a haunted house, and the ever popular silent auction and raffle baskets where all proceeds go directly to the classrooms.
How Much? Free Admission! Purchase tickets to participate in games and activities, or to buy food. Most games are 1 ticket and tickets for food and other activities will vary. Presale tickets will be available starting October 1st for 30 tickets for $20. CLICK HERE starting October 1st to purchase or come to the WAVE table at morning line up on the K-8 Campus the week before Fall Festival. Tickets will be available for $1 each at the event. All pre-sale tickets will be available for pick-up at the Ticket Booth at Fall Festival.
Want to get involved? Sign up for one or more volunteer slots below. There are opportunities to lead on the planning committee, volunteer on the day of the event, and even help with prep work in the weeks before, so check back often for newly posted volunteer roles!
If you can’t volunteer but still want to contribute, you can donate to the dessert walk, silent auction and/or class raffle baskets, or host a vendor/craft booth!
